Hi,

I understand your concerns.

If your FSH level is very low you need to check with endocrinologist whether you are suffering from hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism.

If yes, addition of FSH hormone by injections might help you. But there is no way to increase production of your body FSH.

thanks for answer

i have consult with one my doctor from Sir XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Hospital XXXXXXX

they suggested 2 injections.

1)HUGCOG HP 2000IU -twice weekly
2)HUMOG 150IU -Every alternative day

this for next 6 Months

please advise your view

Please get your hormones checked from endocrinologist. If normal, don't take these injections.

My FSH is 0.89 tested end of may

Sperm count is very less 1-2 motile sperm available

Hi,

Please get scrotal Doppler ultrasound scan done before going ahead with injections.

6 months of these injections can be thought as last option only if necessary as it is expensive and associated with side effects
