![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: hi dr. my baby is 6 weeks old and he is not taking breast milk directly since birth as he does not get satisfied. So I express and feed him along with formula milk. I express milk every 4 hours and I get amount around 80 ml. I feel this is less amount. I want to increase breast milk production. I have heard about lactonic granules. Is it safe to use that? And is it effective?
Brief Answer:
You may use it
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may use lactonic granules to increase your milk production. Along with it try to feed your baby from breast as much as possible. Ensure proper position and attachment. It helps by giving best stimulation to your body. Drink plenty of water and each a very healthy diet. Gentle massage on breast at times when baby doesn't latch for more than 4 hours also helps.
Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
