Brief Answer:
protein...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

a healthy diet should be adequate for most individuals. For some individuals who want to promote muscular hypertrophy, food with high protein content may help. Such food includes all types of meat (preferably without fat) and eggs (not the yolk though). Please keep in mind that there is normal decline in muscular strength with advancing age. Sometimes the testosterone levels may also be lower, which predisposes to worsening of muscle mass.

With normal nutrition (and perhaps also more protein) and appropriate training your muscles may regain some mass and power but do not expect them to be as they were in your youth.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
Please let me know if you'd like more details or need any clarification.

Kind Regards!
