                                            Consult Gynecologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
You are still young. You need not worry so much. Among couples trying for pregnancy only 75% conceive during the first year and 90% conceive by the end of second year.
Are your menstrual cycles regular? What is your BMI? If your periods are irregular you need to consult Gynecologist for hormone tests. If you have regular periods, you can wait for another 4 months, before doing hormone tests.
To improve your chances of conception maintain normal BMI, stop smoking ( if you both are smokers) and have intercourse at least 4-5 times in a week.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As long as you are having intercourse 3-4 times in a week, you need not worry about ovulation day. It covers the ovulation day.
Don't plan for twins. The best outcome for the baby or mother is in single pregnancy.
Continue to take one tablet of folic acid daily. Maintain normal BMI.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama.
