Question: Hi I've been on light and easy for 7month with no mistakes only a bottle of wine on a Friday night, I do 5 classes a week of water sports and tai chi, I walk on my tread mill 30 min to an hour a day and have loss 6kg. what can I do, I'm in my forties, 120kg I have had my thyroid, blood test, blood presser and sugar tested and I'm good. I take vitamins everyday. what can I take to help me.

With the amount of exertion and sports you mentioned, seems fair amount of effort to lose weight but if it is still 120 kg it seems a bit in higher side. Now with such efforts and thyroid and other basic workup being normal, it is advisable, to plan your diet as high proteins and high fibre, and low carbohydrate and sugars. A nutritionist can make a good plan with variety of dishes so that you can comply with the diet plan without getting bored.

Meanwhile increase your physical activity according to aerobics as advised by some gym instructor, that will help you lose better than unguided exercises.
