You have to do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk 30 minutes daily at least 5 times a week and not to miss two consecutive days of exercise.

If it does not help reduce weight (i.e. BMI ≥27 kg/m2.),one of the anti-obesity drugs can be tried.
Appetite suppressants (anorexiants)and gastrointestinal
fat blockers.
Lorcaserin and phentermine/topiramate (PHEN/TPM) extended release are two currently U.S. (Food and Drug Administration) FDA approved drugs.
Orlistat is a fat blocker and blocks the digestion and absorption of ~30% of dietary fat.
Bariatric surgery can be considered for patients with severe obesity (BMI, ≥40 kg/m2).
These are all prescription drugs. You need to consult a Physician /Endocrinologist for that.
Also you need to undergo Thyroid profile (serum free T3, free T4 & TSH) to exclude hypothyroidsm as cause of obesity.if not done already.
