
Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

Question: Hi....
im trying to loose weight. I do heavy cardio and weights almost every day.
I fear that i have reduced my calorie intake to a very low level. 400-600 cals a day.
I am trying to follow a proper diet. Is the below attached screenshot a good idea to follow.
Im 107 kg as of now. I need to reduce 15 kgs.

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen the attachment and analysed.
all is fine except rice bowl as rice has very high calorie content.
So instead of rice take rotis and that too with excess of besan and soybean along with wheat
