I suggest a few simple measures for you. You may choose to include one or more of them in your daily routine - early morning brisk walk or jogging, treadmill, cycling, swimming etc.All these are aerobic exercises and will help you burn fat and loose weight. You must spend at least 30min - 45min daily for at least 3-4 months till you start seeing desired results and then maintain the improvement.. It has to be a lifestyle change to devote at least 30min - 45min of your time, 5 days in a week, for your own body. Apart from that your diet should be healthy and devoid of junk food or fried food. Eat 3-4 smaller meals in a day rather than 2 or 3 heavy meals. Eat more of fruits and salads in between meals as they filling. Eat your dinner early and light. Your breakfast should be the richest in calories/ carbohydrates so that you can feel energetic throughout the day and lunch should be moderate.
