Every human body parts or organs whether external or internal,whether they are in control of our conscious or sub- conscious mind,can work in any time schedule.
I mean to say humans can adapt any type of working pattern like morning shift,evening shift or night shift.
Even doctors also have to work in this type of schedule specially in Intensive Care Units.
Now,as you asked about night shift from 10 pm to 6 am.
Starting from your duty,you take dinner between 8 to 9 pm making at least 1 hour gap from your duty time.Now assuming that you have to work constantly between 10 pm upto early morning
(no time to sleep during night shift hours)then you can make a habit of sleeping in the morning time for at least 3 to 4 hours after coming back to home and completing your daily chores and breakfast.
In the afternoon and after taking lunch,you can finish your personal small tasks like banking work,routine house hold XXXXXXX payments although now everything is online but still you have to go face to face for some reasons.
In the evening,you can go for shopping or have workouts( can go to gymkhana also),meet a friend and after 7 to 8 pm you should start your preparation for night shift.
