Suggest Ways To Manage Anxiety While Suspecting HIV Infection

Question: sir i consulted you a few days back regarding hiv and zindatilismath correlation and you suggested a retest after 6 months.i spoke to a hiv/aids specialist and told my case completely and after all the analysis he said my tests are conclusive and i need no further testing.he has 28 years of experience in hiv/aids field. Also consulted a sexual disease specialist and he also assured me that my test results are conclusive and i need NO further testing in regards to hiv. But your suggestion for a re test after 6 months is affecting my piece of mind and to wait 6 more months for a retest is really difficult for me.so i would request you to let me know clearly as to why you are suggesting a retest? aids XXXXXXX helpline(canada) also says all tests are considered conclusive afer 6 months of possible exposure.i have undergone 4 tests at different time frames(after 1.5 year,2,5 year and 3 years) after my possible high risk exposure ,all beyond 1.5 year mark from the day of exposure.sir i would request you to allay my fear and anxiety by giving a detailed answer.i dont think there is a possibility of false negative result as all the 4 tests came back non-reactive.my though is one test can have the possibility of a false negative result but not all.so please kindly ease my anxiety i am unable to concentrate on anything thinking about your suggestion to re test.thank you
