Thank you but I did not ask for advise on treatment plans. 1. I want to know The expected survival time. 2. Where (what organs) can/will the cancer metastasize. 3. The degree of pain involved at each stage as the cancer develops.
I other words---a detailed discussion of what to expect if treatment is refused.

Brief Answer:
Hello. Survival depend upon the stage
Detailed Answer:
Hello. So survival in an untreated case depends upon the stage at presentation. If it is of early stage, patient may survive for 2 to 3 years. If its already an advanced stage, then expected survival will be lesser than 6 months.
Tumor may spread to nodes, liver lung and bones.
It will be painful as it goes to bones and nodes, lung involvement can cause breathlessness and cough, liver involvement can cause jaundice. Rectum. Involvement can cause bleeding and perforation.
One cannot predict the severity of pain as tumor behaves differently in each patient.
Thanks and regards
