Question: I get depressed very easily and always feel that someone will get into my house and spoil my things, etc. This happens even when I have a minor argument with someone who knows my address. I doubt that they are after me for revenge. What to do? Please help. Thanks

Mainly obsessions and then Delusions that happen randomly and increase n decrease in intensity.

Even in resistant OCD anti psychotic medicines are used as add-on treatment. You can ask your treating doctor about the same to modify treatment.
