Brief Answer:
Weight reduction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

I presume viral infections have been ruled out by doing tests like HBsAg and Anti HCV.

Some of the common causes of nonalcoholic fatty liver are -

1. Obesity
2. Diabetes
3. Abnormal lipid profile.

Your profile was normal.
Check your blood glucose if not already and treat it if it is high.
Reduce weight if you are obese and try to keep the BMI below 25.

Take Heptagon or Trimeg for relief.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.
