The report which you have uploaded is blurred.I would appreciate if you can please click a clear image and upload it.
For now though, if you have severe pain, opioids(Tramadol) and antineuralgics(Duloxetine,Pregabalin) can be of help. You can discuss the same with your treating physician.
Hope it helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with further details.

Brief Answer:
Antineuralgic medicines and Physiotherapy
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
I have gone through the report you have uploaded, which mentions of L4-L5 central canal stenosis with foraminal stenosis. Of course, pain appears to be medicated with nerve radicle compression and irritation.
Since epidural injection has already been tried, I would suggest a trial of antineuralgic medicines in appropriate doses along with physiotherapy.
A sample prescription like-
Tab pregabalin-M(75) twice a day
Tab Duloxetine 30 mg once a day
Tab Flupirtine 100 mg twice a day
--may help.Along with calcium supplementation will be required. A Physiotherapist's opinion is also vital.
Hope it was of some help.I would be glad to have you in follow-up.
PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.
