Suggest Ways To Manage Pain When Having UTI?

Question: I have had a Uti check, ultrasound check and he just doesn't even really care I just go home feeling the same with some meds. I'm lost I iust want to die my pain is a 10 im 25

Your ultrasound report suggests significant post void residual urine.It may be due to many reasons like infection,enlarged prostate,neurological cause etc.

Your problem may be due to urinary tract infection(UTI) as you have pain,increased frequency and significant post void residual urine.

It is important to know other details of ultrasound like kidney status.

With these findings,I suggest urine RE/ME (routine examination/ microscopic examination),Urine culture and sensitivity to my patients.
I also suggest nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test for confirmation of UTI.

You may need antibiotics after proper evaluation.

I had a urine sample and i had no uti or anyrhing. I have had blood work, my levels are all good and im hiv+, undetectable. I had a ultrasound of my bladder and prostate it was all fine other then i couldnt empty 33% volume wise. I also had the camera out down my shaft and he saw nothing he said..... I have a cat scan this week

As investigations are normal, it may be due to hyperactive urinary bladder.
You need proper evaluation.
Besides medicines like anticholinergic drugs, you may need pelvic flow exercise and bladder training.

What type of evaluation do you recommend
Someone said i have overactive bladder. From the spine to the bladder nerves. Or something .
