Brief Answer:
Simple precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your feelings and it is very common to have such experiences immediately after marriage.
Most common problem is feeling of shyness especially if the lights are bright and more so if you are self conscious owing to the particular body contours.
So firstly accept it as a normal thing and then try foreplay for a longer time with dim lights and soft music or even a light and romantic movie.
Most important is self liking and self confidence that you can arouse your partner and try to be an active partner which is very important in making things seem normal and desirable.
I hope you will have benefit from this but in case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.
Regards
Dr Manisha
