Increase the dose of primolute
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I have read your problem. Naturally you are going to be apprehensive. I hope by the time you get this message, your menses have not started.
In the menstrual cycle, there is a stage, particularly just before the menses that they cannot be postponed. However, your doctor very rightly has prescribed you Primolut tablets and has instructed you to start them 10 days before expected day of menstruation.
Primolut is a Progesterone preparation. During menstrual cycle, Oestrogen builds up the uterine lining (endometrium) and Progesterone makes it capable for attachment and nutrition of the products of conception. When the pregnancy does not happen, the levels of both these hormones start decreasing and thus endometrium cannot be maintained. This leads to breaking of endometrium which is thrown out with the blood in the form of menstrual bleeding.
Now that you have stared having a feeling that your menses may appear, it means the rise in the progesterone level by the tablets you are taking is not sufficient. So please double the dose of Primolut pills. If it is not in the irreversible stage, the menses may be delayed. Continue with this higher dose till you want the menses to be postponed. Once you are ready for the menses, discontinue the pills. You will get menses within 4-8 days. The withdrawal bleeding after progesterone is always less. So please do not be worried due to scantier bleeding.
I hope, this serves your purpose. I wish you a very happy marital life.
If you are satisfied, please post your review with 5 strat rating for me.

Double the dose in divided dosage
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
You will have to double the dose of Primolut. If currently you are taking two pills at night, then take two more pills after the break fast. Please do not take full dose at one time. These pills may increase acidity causing nausea & vomiting, which you can control with some antacids like proton pump inhibitors; e.g. Pantoprazole or so. With such increased dose, you may get few breast symptoms like heaviness and pain. Bear with it since it will be only for a short while. If the pain is quite disturbing in your post marital period or intolerable, you may resolve the problem with mild pain killers like paracetamol.
I hope this advice will suffice for the time being.
