Suggest Ways To Reduce Abdominal Fat?
Question: I am putting on belly. Please provide solution for this.
Additional Information:
I have put on belly.
I do yoga everyday.
Recently, I have also started small weight lifting too.
In Lunch and Dinner, I take 3 Phulka (without oil), one dal, one sabji & some rice.
With respect to fruits, I drink one glass of juice everyday in evening (Orange, Mosambi & Pomegranate). Sometimes, I also eat apple but no Bananas.

Drink plenty of fluids stleast 4-5liters per day.
Avoid rice,fatty diet,carbonated drinks,coffee,tea
Take papaya and kiwi for dinner instead of having food.
Regular practice of yoga for 6 months.
Try the above routine atleast for 4-5 months and see the change.

I am consuming around 3 lts of normal Bisleri water per day which I will increase to 4 lts as per your suggestion. Whether I need to consume as normal or should I make it hot before consuming.
Should I consume Milk (Tonned Milk)? If yes, at what time of the day and how much?
Please elaborate on "Sprout" and in what condition and with what components so that it tastes good as breakfast (as it is opening meal of the day).

You should take only raw sprouts mixed with cucumber or carrot(raw).
For lunch just take 3 pulka with curry(low salt and oil).
For dinner take 1 full papaya and 2 kiwi.
