Have you had any recent dental procedures done e.g extraction, scaling etc ?
Is the sensation more pronounced after meals or exposure to certain foods ?
Have you changed or tried a different toothpaste , mouthwash or soap recently ?
What medications are you currently using, if any ?
If there is any visible lesion on the mouth or lips or mucosa, please upload a picture of it , if possible.
