Pimples can occur for many reasons like hormonal imbalance, dust, cosmetics, oily skin, etc.
Pimples may lead to scars and pits on skin. It is important to first treat pimples and then treat the scars and hyperpigmentation.
I would suggest you to first try over the counter preparations available to reduce pimples. First clean the face with facewash meant for pimples. I personally like Ponds pimple clear facewash. After washing face apply some cream, gel or ointment that has benzoyl peroxide. If this does not work, then you will need an antibiotic cream that contains clindamycin or nadifloxacin. These creams need to be applied over the pimples (and not on normal skin) twice a day for 5 days.
I would also recommend that you consult a dermatologist for it. If the above stated treatment does not work then you may need to get tested for hormonal imbalances etc.
