Brief Answer:
Insulin and Metformin are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir.

I understand your concern and have gone through all your reports.

You seem to have uncontrolled blood sugar levels secondary to inadequate drug dose and incorrect medication.

It will better if you are placed on insulin 10-0-10 regimen again for a short period of 15 days for the sugar levels to normalize.

The stomach discomfort which you earlier experienced is unlikely related to insulin.
These adverse effects are probably related to Glycinorm 200.

It will be better if tab Metformin 500 mg bd is substituted for Glycinorm. This drug is more effective in controlling the blood glucose.

Please note all these drug modifications are only to be followed only with strict medical supervision with your local doctor after full medical examination.

Thank you.
