Question: I have very bad reactions to vitamin supplements. I end up with the side effect of what the vitamin is suppose to prevent or cure. Makes me very sick. Also, I am over weight so I have started exercising a lot trying to loose the weight because I feel uncomfortable. I am 189 lbs at 5'6". I know I should be 130 lbs. So I started very long walks takes me all day long (about ten mile walk) and mild water arobic exercise. I will do this twice a week.
