Suggest Ways To Reduce Weight
I am overweight, My height is 5'1" and my weight is 70 kg.Please suggest me how can i reduce my weight although i am taking very balanced food even though i am ot able to reduce my weight. I do not get time for any physical activity so tell me the best way to loose my weight.
Maybe due to hypothyroid

To lose weight, please try the following:
- Avoid high calorie foods like milk products (cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, chocolates etc)
- Eat hygienic food and cleaner drinking water.
- In many of my hypothyroid patients, full body massage is very helpful.
- Regular exercise of atleast 30 min per day is also required. It can included walk, yoga, gym, swimming, cycling, etc. Swimming is also a good way to lose weight. You can go to a nearby swimming pool and do swimming every day.
