Brief Answer:
No chance of thalassemia in your child
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Since you do not have thalassemia trait, therefore your baby will not have thalessemia and can be a carrier.
Carrier means that the baby will be having a defective hemoglobin gene, which will not have any effect on the baby's health.
However, when he/ she marries someone, then there is the possibility of thalassemia in their child, if the spouse has thalassemia minor.
There is no worry in your case.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
