Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your apprehension regarding greying of hair and I will try to provide you the best possible solution for your problem.
Greying of hair occurs when the melanin of a particular hair follicle is permanently exhausted.
Premature greying of hair is now-a-days commonly seen and can be attributed to many factors like diet, nutrition, UV rays, pollution, cosmetics/dyes/colors, genetics, medications etc.
Treatment of grey hair is pretty challenging. I would advise you biotin, Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and calcium pantothenate combination tablets for atleast 6-8 months.(Tab. Trichoton-AT etc)
Apply Altris gel containing Melitane, which is a new compound shown good results in premature greying of hair. Altris gel should be applied daily at bed-time over affected scalp.
Also, a novel hair sunscreen cum hair serum (Q sera black) has shown good results in prevention of hair damage from sun and pollution. It should be applied all over hair shafts everyday in morning.
Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your lifestyle.
Try to limit your smoking and alcohol intake if any.
I am sure this will take care of your issue.
Thank you

Thanks for your advice.
Actually I am not so pro taking tablets and capsules as I have taken homoepathic medicines since the beginning.
Are there any natural/ayurvedic treatments I can go in for to prevent further greying.
Thanks
XXXX
No proven ayurvedic/natural remedy
Detailed Answer:
I am sorry XXXXXXX but I am afraid that there is no proven ayurvedic or natural remedy for pre-mature greying of hair.
The tablets I have suggested is very safe and can safely be taken for months together.
Hope you got my point here.
Thanks
