Question : Can I take anything to stop my period? I am on day 7 and still bleeding, going on holiday and want my period to stop.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this prolonged menstrual bleeding. Unfortunately, once menses start, there is no way to stop. We have medications to postpone all together but not stopping once it starts because it is a cascade of events without possible interferences. 7days is a lot and this should stop anytime from now unless there is something else wrong. When is your Holiday coming up if I may ask? When you are next planning a holiday, please let us know so that we can act before it gets this late with us out of options.
