HPV (human pappiloma virus) in some time is cured on its own. But it needs repeated and frequent pap smear tests to rule out any abnormal growth on cervix.
From the reports it seems there is no abnormal growth but at the same time you should not ignore also and should follow your treating Gynaecologist.
CIN1 is a precancerous stage ,means not cancer which can be cured. Some time with laser therapy and some time with immune boosting medicines like immiqoid. But only your treating Gynaecologist may decide after regular close checkups and repeated tests.
