Medical termination would be safer for you
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I can offer you only medical advice. If it is illegal to perform abortion in your country, you will have to get it done from a place where it is legalized. I cannot provide you any legal advise nor protection.
You are yet to miss your period. How did you diagnose your pregnancy? Home tests cannot diagnose pregnancy before 5 weeks. Or are you just suspecting that you could be pregnant? Please get the pregnancy diagnosed by reliable method before you take any action. At this stage, Beta hCG test would provide you reliable detection of pregnancy. Values above 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the values remain under 5 mIU/ml.
According to WHO guidelines, pregnancy can be terminated by medicines : Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol; however these medicines have to be taken by Gynaecologist's advice and prescription.
These medicines cause developmental abnormalities in the baby; hence if they fail to terminate the pregnancy, it should not be continued but terminated by some surgical procedure (in your case, it can be done just by MVA aspiration).
Alternatively, you may directly opt for surgical evacuation of the uterus (at this stage, MVA aspiration) which can be performed without anaesthesia. It is a very short procedure and patient can go home within few hours.
However, considering your previous multiple caesarean deliveries, medical termination of pregnancy under observation would be a safer option for you.
Please follow the legal bindings.
For any more information, I am always available for you, XXXX. You may consider posting a good review with 5 star rating for me.

Do not delay
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Please do not delay the whole procedure. If you have determined to terminate this pregnancy, earlier the better and safer. After 9 weeks of gestation, even Medical Termination risk is increased and the procedure has to be performed in a health facility and not at home.
Please keep me informed.
