First of all, you should confirm pregnancy .

What did the pregnancy test at home show ?
Is it positive or negative ?

If it is positive then you should contact with your Gynecologist .
Then if you wish to abort, you can choose from two methods :
Surgical(D&C)
or
Medical - either of them has to be done under strict medical supervision only

test result is positive and it has been 2 days since missed period now is there anything to avoid a full term pregnancy

Please schedule an appointment with a Gynaecologist at the earliest

Hi dear and thanks for your follow-up query .

If pregnancy test is positive then you should contact a Gynaecologist at the earliest.
He/she will do a transvaginal scan to confirm and to see if the pregnancy is intra-uterine .
After that, as I have already mentioned above, you can decide regarding termination under the supervision of the doctor and proceed accordingly.
