Question: Hi. I am 26 years old married girl (married 3.5 months back).
as per my mensuration cycle i have to get my periods 15 days back, but till today i dint got the periods. I am much worried about this...bcaz we both planned for baby after one year.....please suggest me how to handle this situation.....pls suggest me the medicine to get periods........or if i get symptoms of pregnancy how to avoid this....bcaz of some personal matter i can not consult doctor personally in my location.

Get UPT immediately.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your concern.

I advise you to get Urine pregnancy test (UPT) immediately.

once UPT is positive ,you need to get a Transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the size of fetus.

MTP can be advised till 49 days from last menstrual period.

So I advise you to get the tests at the earliest for early management.
