Brief Answer:
drugs should not be consumed for long time, self motivation is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Decdan contains dexamethasone which is a synthetic member of the glucocorticoid class of steroid drugs. It SHOULD NOT be taken without medical supervision.
Ciplactin contains cyproheptadine which may cause dry mouth; fixed, dilated pupils; flushing, etc. as well as gastrointestinal symptoms in the long run. I would not recommend for long time.

The weight you are gaining may not be all the muscle mass it may be mostly fluid collection in body, the moment you stop medicines you are going to loose all this. To gain weight have high protein and carbohydrate diet, or,you can see a dietitian.

Kindly calculate your BMI, there are many online calculator that you can use and maintain weight within normal limits. I would suggest you to keep a reminder or ask your friend's/relatives to eat, eat small frequent meals, do it for a week, then it will become a habi, and your appetite will improve. Self motivation is very much required to quit.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
self motivation, eating small amount of food frequently

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Presently I wouldn't suggest you any medicines. Kindly stop the drugs you are taking and as suggested earlier calculate your BMI, and eat frequently small meal. Try make a Time table of your food intake and keep a reminder either using asking your relatives/ friends or by using XXXXXXX phone or other electronic gadgets. Try to follow this for a week. You should be fine. Self motivation is must.
