Brief Answer:
consult doctor to treat withdrawal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Terrible panic attack are likely due to stopping of klonopin.
Anxiety is common withdrawal symptom of klonopin.
Klonpin is a drug from benzodiazepine group. It can cause physical dependence.
Withdrawal features last up to weeks or months depending upon duration and dose of klonopin taken before.

You can be treated with following options:

-You can be given less potent benzo like lorazepam and that can be tapered off gradually under medical supervision.

-Klonopin can be restarted in low dose and tapered off very slowly than before.

-pregabalin, gabapentin or carbamazapine can be given to control withdrawal features.

All above approach required skilled medical supervision by deaddiction specialist/psychiatrist. So please consult doctor for the same.

Hope I have answered your query,

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
