Suggest Ways To Wean Off Lorazepam

Question: My name is XXXX. I am 39 years old. I have been prescribed 10 mg of escitalopram every night and i also take 4 mg of lorazepam in four divided doses every day. Can you recommend me a schedule on how to reduce and eventually stop lorazepam so I stay only with escitalopram?
