Brief Answer:
Hypovitaminosis B12 and Osteopenia

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have gone through the details including investigations.
First of all let me congratulate you on extensive work up( except blood sugar).
The pics you have sent are suggestive of varicose veins - the extent of which can only be ascertained on physical examination. This much varicosity is quite common and often no cause for worry. However I would like to examine her physically for this .
She has very low levels of Vitamin B12- it should be around 400-500. I Suggest injections for vit B12 , alternate day , 10 injections and then oral tablets. Most likely her symptoms will be reduced by this treatment alone.
Her bone densitometry is in the range of Osteopenia- please start regular calcium and vit D3 supplementation.
Also pl get her blood sugar levels done - F/PP and HbA1c
Continue the medicines for thyroid- they will be required lifelong. Gr1 fatty liver is not of much concern.
I do hope this answers all your queries. Pl feel free to ask any other question.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
