Sunday Night 3-31-19 , 1 Week Ago. I Made A

Question: Sunday night 3-31-19 , 1 week ago. i made a horrible mistake. I had very very brief and shallow unprotected oral ( me being the insertive) with a escort . Should I worry with this experience.
-I did not notice any active lesions or chancres on her mouth and lips either.
-chances of hsv2 from this experience?
-I also have not experienced any discharge or pain while peeing.
Should I feel confident I dodged a bullet.
-Any HIV concerns? She did mention she had been tested 6 weeks earlier.... true or not I don’t know
This is strictly a 2nd opinion question, I feel confident with last answers , just double checking.

Brief Answer:
Regarding STDs through oral sex
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
HSV type 1 is a risk through unprotected oral. Otherwise I don't think you need to worry about HIV as the saliva is inhibitory to the virus and moreover you didn't notice any sores or blood in her mouth. Gonorrhoea and chlamydia is not a risk with a shallow oral sex. So, really you just need to worry about HSV type 1.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
