hey thanks for the question . hair transplant causes some pain in the head and this pain can at times be radiating to the suprorbital area and also cause some eye ache . Buut in that case the pain is usually not severe and a painkiller helps . But if pain is persisting and is really severe then we should rule out other causes of such eye pain for which i would request you to consult an ophthalmologist as well as your hair transplant surgeon .
