Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

1. Mild changes in blood small blood vessels of the brain, which can lead to small parts which circulation is compromised leading to small parts of dead tissue. No current sign of bleeding or clotting.
2. The pituitary gland is thinned due to circulation and ischaemic changes and the sella (a bone in brain where the pituitary glad is supported) is almost empty.
Hope I have answered the question.

Given that information, and thank you for that, what causes that. I have issues with dizziness and double vision. Those, the balance are why I, initially, sought treatment. My BP is always awesome. My cholesterol is not so great. It's not high, but it could improve.

Brief Answer:
Cholesterol plaques may cause it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again. The symptoms you are experiencing may be caused by the ischaemia of blood vessels you are having. The main reason for it is atherosclerosis which is formation of cholesterol plaques in blood vessels narrowing the blood vessels and causing bad circulation.
The elevated cholesterol levels may have contributed to it.
Improving cholesterol levels may stop the progression.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
