Thanks for detailed feedback.
Since the histopathology reports specifically say that the lumps removed are lipoma, there is no worry about any cancer/malignancy.
The patient is a child and have no recurrence at the same spot of surgery or no new lumps. So the prognosis is the best.
You can certainly stop worrying at the moment.
Have intermittent search for any swelling and if there are no lumps there is nothing to worry about.
