Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical query I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that during the eruption of wisdom tooth swelling and slight pain in that portion of the gums is normal.

You just need to maintain good oral hygiene so as to avoid any infection.

It’s advisable to rinse your mouth with any chlorhexidine containing mouthwash after brushing teeth.

In case of fever or pain, it’s important to consult a dentist personally for proper examination.

Kind Regards

I am rinsing my mouth with salt water twice a day, but not getting any relief. The swelling is increasing rapidly. I can't even eat anything. Also, the outside area of my mouth and area near my ear is paining
