Hello,
The symptoms you are describing are suggestive for throat infection (tonsillitis, mumps/ measles). It may be a viral or bacterial infection and a clinical examination would be necessary to distinguish them. Viral infections does not antibiotic, meanwhile bacterial one does.
So i would recommend to see a physician in person.
