Question: Symptoms -
1. Pain in testicles and swelling in right testicle
2. Aching in pelvis
3. Pain in testicles that relieve after ejaculation or urination.
4. Increased urination and Lower back pain.

Background.
A. I have IBS
B. I have had muscle spasms in my urethra before.

Medical history (recent within last 6 weeks)
- chest x Ray
- testicle ultrasound
- CBC bloodwork
-urinalysis
- physical exam by PCP and urologist

All normal. Ultrasound found a 2mm epididymal cyst. Nothing else was found. What could be causing the pain and swelling? Urologist suggested physical therapy for muscular issues.

The pain and swelling of the Right Testicle which gets relieved on ejaculation with Testis being detected to be normal on Ultrasound Scanning is most likely to be due to congestion of Testis due to accumulation of sperms in epididymis which normally happens when one has sexual thoughts in mind and has hold on ejaculation and urination for a long time .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Are you married ?
2) What is the frequency of your sexual activities ?

The Epididymal cyst of a size of of 2 mm would not cause pain in testicle .

Relieving the congestion of Testicles by ejaculating everyday either by sex with female partner or masturbation should help to relive the pain .

Taking pan killers like Brufen twice daily should help to get relief from symptoms.

Engaged not married.
I have sex 2-3 weekly.
I masturbate another 1-2 times weekly.

The swelling and pain is only temporarily relieved after ejaculation (12 hours max).

Context - The swelling first occurred last month after ejaculating 4 times in 24 hours.

The doctor provided an anti inflammatory that i just began using.

With all the relevant tests results being normal your problem should get resolved over a period of time with anti inflammatory drugs .

Continue taking it for 2-3 weeks .
