Brief Answer:
gastritis with or without stomach pull.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my answer.

* As per my clinical experience, pain in stomach when moving around a lot
and uncomfortable feeling after meals is most likely in relation with
gastritis with or without sore muscle.

My guidelines at present for better recovery

- Drink more liquids.
- Consume easily digestible food stuffs as rice, dal, organic fresh fruits,
cereals, pulses, legumes.
- Prefer small amounts of food at frequent intervals and avoid heavy meals.
- Avoid late night dinner and immediate sleeping after lunch or dinner.
- Avoid spices, non veg, junk foods, dairy fat if consuming at present.
- Keep the stomach empty by 25 % of satiety level.

- Addition of proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or pantoprazole with sips
of water on empty stomach.
- Anti spasmodic medication as dicyclomine with paracetamol for pain relief
to be consumed after meals.

- Do remain ambulatory and involve in light exercises ; avoid strenuous ones
or weight lifting if involved.
- Avoid stress, anxiety.
- Manage to have sound sleep of 6-7 hours.
- Avoid smoking or alcohol ( if consuming ).

* Do follow up after 2 days for follow up progress and decide further line of
action ( to discuss the need of ultrasound examination of abdomen &
pelvis ) or early as per your need.

Wish you best recovery.
Thanks.
