Taking Homeopathic Medicines For Typhoid. Reason For The High Fever?

Question: My Son aged 5 years is having fever for the last five days and we took homeopathic medicines. The Dr. diagnosed it as Typhoid and done the blood test but didn't shown it in the results. Dr informed that it will reflect in the blood results only after 5th day. He is drinking fluids and taking little food but feel tired when the fever goes high. The fever is high from afternoon and it comes down in the morning. Is homeopathy a good treatment for typhoid in children or antibiotic is required.

It would help me to understand the case
1.      Type of fever high grade or low grade?
2.      Frequency of fever?
3.      Complain of headache before or after fever?
4.      Any rash in body?
5.      Complain of muttering?
6.      Any complain of diarrhea?
7.      Pain in abdomen, body or joint?
8.      How does he feel before fever?
9.      Hunger?? any like or dislike?

I advise you to go for complete blood picture, blood culture, and if needed widal test
Please answer the following question in detail
Homeopathy works good in such case so you can believe in homeopathy, but ill clearly suggest you anything only after knowing the detail history of symptom.

1. Type of fever high grade or low grade? - High grade fever between 100 and 104
2. Frequency of fever? - Frequent except in the morning
3. Complain of headache before or after fever? - Yes, during fever
4. Any rash in body? - NO
5. Complain of muttering? - During fever
6. Any complain of diarrhea? - No, constipation but had motion yesterday
7. Pain in abdomen, body or joint? - Pain in legs
8. How does he feel before fever? - Normal and active
9. Hunger?? any like or dislike? - Not eager to eat but taking food when insisted

We done the blood but nothing comes out as per the Dr.

1 Any complain of cough dry or sputum.
2 Please check the tonsil and see weather tonsil are enlarged or not (tonsillitis or pharyngitis)?
3 Any difficulty in swallowing or eating?
4 During fever temperature distribute throughout the body or only upper half?

1 Any complain of cough dry or sputum - No dry cough but cough with sputum
2 Please check the tonsil and see weather tonsil are enlarged or not (tonsillitis or pharyngitis)? - No tonsils
3 Any difficulty in swallowing or eating? - No
4 During fever temperature distribute throughout the body or only upper half? - Throughout the body

He is now relieved of fever for the past 12 hours.

Thanks for answering.

I have gone through your case. In my views, its not case of typhoid. If fever appear again, I advice you to go for complete blood picture and widal test to confirm.
I am writing medicine. It includes medicine for typhoid also because there is possibility of typhoid. So take medicine accordingly.

1 Baptisia Q 5 drops three times in a day with half cup of water (made in germany)
2 Typhodinum 200 6 pills once in a day tongue dose (made in germany)
(for typhoid fever )If fever appears again, then continue this medicine. Otherwise no need to take medicine.

3 XXXXXXX mur 30 6 pills once in a day tongue dose(made in germany)
4 Belladona 30 , 2 drops in 1 spoon of water two times in a day (made in germany)
5 Antim tart 30 4 pills every 2 hourly for cough (made in germany)

Continue the medicine and revert to me with the progress.
