Taking Medicine For Seizures. Having Abdominal Pain, Mucus In Stool And Rashes. What's Going On?

I have trouble speaking sometimes...I stutter on and off. I know what I want to say, but the words just do not come out or they do not come out right. Sometimes I do my Office work, and I come back in the next day and i wonder why I wrote such stupid stuff. I am scared, but no one seems to get it yet. Various Doctors just say that is wierd, and sometimes they ask to take a photo for their wierd category. It affects my memory, and sometimes I think I am having a problem in my heart, but other times, from my lung. the normal parasite tests so far for U.S. parasites have come back negative so far. I seem to have a fluctuation in the number of what (I call) worms when I spit or have to go and spit each day. It seems to increase around meal times, and when I lay down at night. But, scoping my stomach showed only a very small polip on the side of my body that does not hurt. My joints are getting inflamed on and off and swelling, and I have also been diagnosed with multi-tier spinal degeneration for no reason. They just say that is interesting. And I have no spinal pain. I am negative for HIV, and my tests for blood sugar have been in the low end of the range. I also have been testing very very low for sodium in my blood, and I was told to eat more salt (even though I do).
I can appreciate that you're dealing with a very frustrating symptoms which have been present for along time with no obvious understanding of what is going on. I can tell you that I will not be a will to solve your problem but I can give you some considerations to discuss with your physicians.
It seems that if I were to describe your condition overall I would have to say there was a significant degree of inflammation going on inside your body. There are several different ways to find out if there is an inflammatory process going on. One initial test of physician might consider would be a sedimentation rate or a CRP. These are laboratory tests which are Dr. can perform.
If these tests are positive it might be reasonable for you to see a rheumatologist to discuss if there is any autoimmune process which could be causing your symptoms.
One other potential investigation which could be performed would be a CT scan of the chest abdomen and pelvis to see if there're any abnormalities which might explain the symptoms you are describing.
Again it is very difficult to be able to determine exactly what is going on at this point. I think a lot of this might be related but there could be multiple processes going on.
There are a few things that you should be doing to help take care of your body. First of all you should make sure that you are eating a very well-balanced diet. I think if you saw a dietitian that would be reasonable for you to review your diet to see if there are any modifications which might be of benefit.
In addition you should be exercising at least four or five days per week for at least one hour. Exercise is going to help your immune system as well as your overall sense of well-being.
Thanks again for sending your question. Please let me know if you have any specific concerns you would like to discuss otherwise as I am available if you need.
Sincerely,
Dr. Robert

Again your situation is extremely challenging from a personal standpoint as well as from the standpoint of a practicing physician.
I think at some pointif you are able to get in contact with a physician who is willing to take the time to sit down and try to dissect what you have experienced you might be able to at least start a road to help discover what really might be going on.
This type of discovery might involve consultation with multiple specialist physicians in the field of rheumatology or immunology or infectious diseases.
Probably the worst thing that you could do is lose hope. Try to hang on to the more positive things in your life and your personal health and these things will help to drive you forward. More than likely there will be a day in the future where you will look back and say that you have her come a long way and you have recovered from what you were experiencing. This may take some time but please remain optimistic.
Thanks again for sending your question. Please let me know if there are any specific concerns you would like to discuss.
Sincerely,
Dr. Robert
