Normal sgpt range is 0 - 42 U/L. If other liver enzymes sgot, ggt and bilirubin are normal then this is absolutely nothing to worry about and no medicines are necessary.
If you have any symptoms related do liver ultrasound can be done, but normal liver tests exclude possibility of liver damage.
