Thank For Asking Dr. Indranil XXXXXXX My Situation Is Very
Question: Thank for asking Dr. Indranil XXXXXXX my situation is very morally draining. I got 21CFR10.85 FDA form and I will have to explain, why my physician can not identify from Clinical Trial Blood Test with 100 values Red Pure Aplastic Anemia when my hemoglobin is dropping 30% /month. His answer was (hematologist) because is a rear disease. They have not damaged me physically but they also are asking for it large amount of money for my damaging.
Brief Answer:
It is rare indeed
Detailed Answer:
Pure red cell aplasia is indeed rare, even after pembrolizumab. And it was probably not a known complication post pembrolizumab. So it has the potential to get missed.
And when we workup for anemia, we do look for common tests and if required bone marrow. Bone marrow can identify pure red cell aplasia.
I couldn't understand the money demanding issue. Who is demanding money from whom and why?
Hope this helps.
Regards
