I'm Dr. Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I've read through your clinical details, by virtue of which it looks like a syndrome; however, I'd like to see your medical documents and reports before commenting on this any further. Can you provide the scanned images of the same?

Brief Answer:
Needs physical examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I apologize for a late reply first of all. I've gone through all the reports which you have mentioned; however, I could not find any significant conclusive evidence to suggest a particular illness in the reports. Based on the description, the causes can be genetic, metabolic, vasculitis, autoimmune. Unfortunately however, I only feel that physical examination is required to say anything further here.
