Brief Answer:
may be UTI. please see detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your report, it indicates urinary tract infection. If possible kindly attach reports.

Please let me know do you have fever, abdominal pain, burning micturition, blood in urine?

To detect causative pathogen, I would suggest you to do urine culture sensitivity test after physician consultation.

Till then along with D-mannose, you can take tab. nitrofurantoin 100 mg two times a day, syp. disodium hydrogen citrate i.e syp. cital 1 teaspoon three times a day after consultation. In case of pain, you can take tab. acetaminophen 500 mg every 4 hourly.

Keep yourself hydrated. Let me know I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.
