Question: The area around my eyes have been really swollen and flakey dry for 2 weeks. what could it be?

hey thank you for your question . i went through the attached image also it looks like an allergic skin reaction which is causing this flaky skin . Cold temperatures can also precipitate such reactions . I would advise you to use a gentle mosituriser around the skin for some days and avoid any harsh soaps or any rubbing around the area. If still it remains the same then i would advise you to have a dermatologist look at it as you may require a steroid based ointment for the same . hope my answer helps you.If you have any follow up queries I would love to answer the same .
