Question: Hello,
The area on my eyebrow bone is swollen and aches. I've been to several doctors and they are advising allergies. I'm reading that this could be from a swollen lacrimal gland. I noticed this about a month ago after waking up from an afternoon nap. If this is it, what can I do to treat it?

Allergies are painless.Lacrimal gland swelling is mostly autoimmune and is painless and has a specific location.This has to be near the outer 1/3 of eyebrow.
It will be advisable to have a photograph with emphasis on the location.That will help us in the diagnosis,thereby offering a proper line of management.
